ras_jedir2_370MEDENINE (TAP) - The frontier post of Ras Jedir recorded Thursday a massive flow of Libyan refugees which outnumbered that recorded over the last days, hence suggesting a worsening security situation in Libya.

Several journalists, who had been detained in Libya and freed,  crossed into Tunisia including Tunisian Lotfi Ghars who told TAP news agency correspondent that he and two American journalists, one Hungarian and one British had not been mistreated by Libyan authorities.

These journalists were greeted at Ras Jedir crossing point by the US consul in Tunis.

Besides, eyewitnesses affirmed that the region of "Boukmeche" close to Tunisian borders had been bombed by coalition forces.
