All regulators decisions should require judicial review. If the regulator sides with a bank, and the homeowner wins after judicial review, the regulator should be held personally liable if the homeowner can establish the occ's review was baseless or against the weight of law. Gov't employees hide behind qualified immunity. Get some OCC's ass in the game, and they will not so readily side with the banks over and over again. Immunity for public officials must be reconsidered. Too many shady govt characters hide behind thise shield.

He stated, "Washington and the regulators are there to serve banks."
