The free Cross Stitch Tile Collection patterns are useful for many projects. Stitch the individual motifs for ornaments, pin cushions or stitch two for biscornu. I haven't quite decided whether I am going to get up at 3am and watch THE wedding or not, but I suspect I shall. I got up and watched William's Mum and Dad get married, so I feel like I should be there at the nuptials of Wills and Kate, as they are fondly known. Some stitchers prefer abstract designs and others prefer realistic stitches. I like a mix of both. The design featured today is quite realistic, if a little unusual. Kristy Kizzee shared a photo of one of her latest projects. Stitching Anatomical Lungs may not be everyone's cup of tea, but they'd be a neat project for a doctor's office, especially when paired with her anatomical heart design. Kristy's sells patterns for her designs in her Bombastitch Etsy shop. I like the lungs, but my two favorites are the Blues Brothers and Dexter charts.
