Undergraduate Admissions Calendar
Applications for first-year students become available in the early summer of each year, and Georgetown offers both a non-binding early action program and a regular decision application process. Early Action applicants should have all application materials submitted online or postmarked by Nov. 1, and will be notified by the admissions committee by Dec. 15. Regular Decision applicants should have application materials postmarked by Jan. 10 and will be notified by the admissions committee by April 1. Transfer students have until March 1 to apply.
Georgetown allows all admitted candidates, regardless of the plan under which they were admitted, until May 1 to submit his or her deposit.
Early Action
Students applying under the Early Action program may not apply at the same time to binding Early Decision programs since they then would not be free to choose Georgetown if admitted. Students are welcome to apply to other Early Action programs or other Regular Decision programs while at the same time applying to Georgetown’s Early Action program.
