I chose a career in finance because I love building complex financial models and applying financial rigor to facilitate decision making within a company. Since I joined LinkedIn, I have had so many opportunities to partner with brilliant, hard working people throughout all functions of LinkedIn to make critical decisions around the company – such as new country/office openings, staffing/hiring and product/sales strategy. I love when business partners in the company come to me with the challenges they face and solicit finance support to reach a decision.
