Adjudication of ESCR
October 12-13, 2010: Workshop- Strategic Litigation Initiative in Support of the OP-ICESCR
ESCR-Net, together with the Social and Economic Rights Programme of the Norwegian Centre for Human Rights, and the Social Rights Advocacy Centre and in consultation with the with the NGO Coalition for an OP-ICESCR, will organize a two day workshop to discuss both substantive and structural issues in the development of this initiative.

10 décembre 2010 marquera le second anniversaire de l'adoption du Protocole Facultatif. A cette occasion, nous vous encourageons à contacter vos gouvernements et ainsi relayer cet appel à la ratification. Jusqu'à présent, 3 Etats ont ratifié le Protocole. Cela signifie que 7 autres ratifications sont nécessaires pour que le Protocole puisse entrer en vigueur, et qu'il en faudra bien plus pour que ce Protocole soit vraiment un instrument important et utile.
