At 7'1, 300-plus pounds, Shaq never really mastered the art of the 3-pointer.

ESPNLA.com Lakers beat writer Dave McMenamin points out that during his 19-year career, Shaquille O'Neal, who announced his retirement in a tweet on Wednesday, was a mere one for 22 from beyond the arc. And thanks to the wonder of the Internet, here's footage of Shaq during his Orlando Magic days, banking in a three-pointer just before the buzzer.

I remember when I was a kid, my parents bought me a life size card board cut out of Shaq (standing 7 feet tall in his magic jersey) and when we went away for a small family vacation, we left him against the door with his head looking out the door window. I remember feeling so safe that Shaq was watching over our house, lol.
