Back Exercise of the Week - Glute Bridge

What can I say about the glute bridge? In my mind, it's a wonder exercise - it challenges your coordination, builds your awareness of how your body moves, strengthens the part of your hips that, for most people, really need it, and stretches the front of the hip which gets so tight in our sit-down oriented culture. I think it feels really great on my back, too.

So today, the back exercise of the week is the glute bridge. If you can't do anything else, I'd recommend this one.

Whiplash is a common term that can mean a lot of things. To doctors and medical experts it means you have a collection symptoms that result from sudden hyperextension followed by sudden flexion of your neck. This is the order of events in many rear end car accidents. So you have poor posture. Maybe you sit at the computer too many hours every day, or maybe you don't do your back exercises or any type of posture exercise for that matter.
