It gets HOT in Georgia in the summer, but my bass clubs have tournaments all 12 months of the year, so I spend many very hot days in a bass boat. Finding comfortable shoes you can stand up in for eight hours but that don't get too hot is not easy. For years I wore Keds deck shoes and liked them, but can't find the white lace up style any more.
Recently my wife got me a pair of Lands End Water Shoes and they are great. I like them so much she ordered a second pair for me. They are cool, dry quickly if get wet, have a cushioned sole and lace up. They fit my needs in the summer.

Bridge pilings are good places to catch bass, crappie and hybrids. I often go to them in bass tournaments when the fishing it tough. Last July I won a club tournament when the fishing was very tough by catching two bass off a bridge piling - that was half my catch in an eight hour day. Check out bridge pilings and use these tips to catch some fish this summer.
