The Office of Communications, a division of the Office of Public Affairs and Strategic Development, represents and promotes the university and its faculty, students, programs and policies to a variety of internal and external constituents. The office provides strategic communications consultation, media relations efforts and event planning services on behalf of Georgetown, its faculty, administrators, academic programs and staff. The office also coordinates activities to promote Georgetown officials and expertise to internal and external constituencies, including the news media.

The Office of Compliance and Ethics (OCE) helps to support and coordinate the many compliance-related activities the university undertakes. With the endorsement and assistance of the university's senior leadership, OCE is responsible for leading the development, implementation and operation of the Georgetown Institutional Compliance and Ethics Program.

The Counseling and Psychiatric Service office (CAPS) provides full-time students (graduate and undergraduate) with evaluations, consultations, individual, couples and group psychotherapy, and referral services. Part-time students, including thesis/dissertation-only students, are also eligible for evaluations, consultations and referral services, but not ongoing services. Faculty and staff also are eligible for consultations and referral services.
