Q:
When will the magazine arrive?
A: Delivery times vary based on the frequency with which the magazine is published.
Once your order is processed, the next scheduled issue will be mailed. Therefore,
publishers ask that you allow 3-6 weeks for weekly magazines, 6-8 weeks for monthly
and 8-10 weeks for less frequently published magazines. These are standard industry
lead times and every effort will be made to expedite your order.
Q:
When will the gift card arrive?
A: Upon ordering your gift subscription, you have the option of selecting the particular
date you would like the card mailed out. It can either be sent out immediately or
set up to be mailed on a future date. The card is sent via USPS First Class mail
and can be expected to arrive within 5-7 business days of the mail-out date.
Q:
I want the gift to be a surprise. Can I have the card sent to me?
A: You can choose to have the gift card sent in the mail or as an E-Card to you
or the magazine recipient. You also have the option of printing out the card upon
placing your order.
Q:
What if the recipient is already getting the magazine?
A: You may always renew an existing magazine (no matter how or where you originally
subscribed) through our site. The additional issues will be added to your existing
subscription. To avoid any delivery problems please make sure that the name and
address you use match the label from your current subscription.
Q:
What if they don’t like the magazine?
A:
You can cancel your subscription at anytime. If you cancel within 90 days of ordering
you will get a full refund of the purchase price credited back to your original
method of payment. If you cancel after 90 days, you will receive a prorated refund
for any issues remaining in your subscription.

Do you ship internationally?
A: We do not ship outside of the US. Please contact the publisher directly for inquiries

Can you send me a bill for my order?
A: We only accept debit or credit card payment upon placing an order. The order
will not be successfully placed if you do not enter your credit card information.
