You should report issues occurring within an single application to that application’s developer by going to the application’s Profile and clicking the "Contact Developer" link on the bottom of the left column, or by clicking the "Report" link at the bottom of any canvas page within the application. You will then see the option to contact the developer directly.

The following are some common examples of when to contact a developer and when to contact Facebook:

Contact a developer when:
  1. The application is not working properly.
  2. You have an inquiry about a transaction that occurred within the application.
  3. The application contains inappropriate content.
  4. You have an inquiry about how an application is using your information.
  5. You want to report an interaction with another user that occurred within the application.
Contact Facebook when:
  1. The same issue is occurring in multiple applications.
  2. The application is asking for your Facebook username and password.
  3. You have feedback on your interaction with applications on Facebook.

  1. The application hangs during the loading screen.
  2. The application loads, but is really slow.
  3. The application loads, but will constantly be out of sync.

Applications and games created by Lolapps (e.g., Quiz and Gift Creators) are no longer available on Facebook Platform. Applications may be removed by developers for various reasons, or by Facebook for violations of policy.

Because these applications are no longer available on Facebook, they will not publish stories to your News Feed, updates to your Games Dashboard, or requests. In addition, you will no longer be able to interact with Facebook friends through these applications (e.g., inviting Facebook friends to take quizzes). You can continue to play these games by visiting the Lolapps website.

Facebook will continue to focus on making your experience with externally developed games and applications fun and engaging. This change won’t impact any other applications on the Facebook Platform. You can still access the rest of these by using the Games and Applications Dashboards on your home page. As always, you can find new applications by visiting the Application Directory.
