Thank you for your interest in bringing a group to campus. We are excited about the possibility of hosting your group and hope to arrange a meaningful visit for your students.
Frequently Asked Questions
What programming do you offer for special group visitors?
Your visit will include a campus tour led by a student tour guide and will last approximately 45 minutes. You may also considering dining on campus. Campus dining is available at (202) 687-5379.
When can I schedule a visit?
Special group tours are only available Monday through Friday. We do not offer tours on the weekend. Our availability to host groups on campus is limited, so please make your request at least six weeks prior to the expected visit date. However, please note that we cannot schedule group visits more than three months in advance. If you are planning a group visit during March, April, July or August, please note that group tours are especially limited during these months.
My group is very large/very small. Can you accommodate us?
We can accommodate groups of up to 75 people. Groups smaller than eight students do not need to reserve a special session, and should call our office at 202-687-3600 to reserve a space in one of our daily information sessions.
Do you have programming for middle or elementary school-aged students?
Our tours are designed for high school students. We do not have any formal programming available for middle school or elementary school students. We encourage student groups younger than high school juniors to visit our campus at their convenience and take our self-guided tour and consider making arrangements to dine on campus. Campus dining is available at (202) 687-5379.
