1904 plaque returns to Blue Line station

MBTA, other public agencies vow to improve snow removal this winter

Underground cell service to reach T's Green, Blue lines by year's end

MBTA board OKs millions for station improvements
The MBTA board approved a $27 million construction contract Wednesday to rebuild one of the last outdated stations on the Blue Line, part of a two-decade, $700 million campaign. By 2004, the youth arrests figure had fallen to around 250. That year more than 180 MBTA police began to receive intensive training to understand teen psychology in order to improve how officers dealt with youth in the field. Two years ago, just 84 youth arrests were made.
