Are you finding it hard to get up in the morning? Do you always feel tired, overwhelmed, worried or forgetful? Free and anonymous Online Mental Health Screenings for depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, substance abuse, adult ADD, and obsessive compulsive disorder. After completing and printing your screening, consider contacting the Faculty Staff Assistance Program (FSAP) to review your answers and talk about the possibility of counseling services. FSAP offers free confidential counseling, wellness and educational services, available to all faculty and staff (and family members) of Georgetown University.
FSAP is offering free confidential Depression Screenings for all faculty and staff. We welcome you to come by our office to complete the screening online or with one of our licensed counselors. Please note that FSAP provides ongoing depression screenings.
