24/04/2009 13:35:00
Members of the OEA Ladies were hosted by Palm City for a tour around the luxury development that is now nearing its final stages of completion. The guests were given a two-hour tour of the residential village, which is located right on Janzour’s waterfront and is scheduled for inauguration later this year.

Ray Alamango, Director of Operations of Palm City, welcomed the forty-strong group on site. Together with other members of the Palm City Residences team, Mr Alamango accompanied his guests on a visit to the three sample units that already offer a taste of the lifestyle Palm City tenants will experience once the project is inaugurated.

“The Palm City project has gained considerable momentum over the past months, in view of the official inauguration which is expected to take place within the coming months,” Mr Alamango said.

He went on to say that apart from the residential units, the OEA Ladies Group were also given a tour around the waterside restaurant, the outdoor pool and the private beach.

“These will complement other leisure and retail facilities - such as the Health Club, Piazza Restaurant/Cafeteria, Clinic & Pharmacy, Supermarket, Laundry, Beauty Salon, Bank & Car Rental as well as Chauffeur Driven facilities - that will also form part of the residential village,” Mr Alamango added.

Works on Palm City project have maintained the positive momentum gained in the latter stages of 2008 with a substantial part of the project already completed and hosting clients for site visits of fully finished areas.

The tour left a very positive impression upon the OEA Ladies group members who were able to see the overall concept and lifestyle on offer to future tenants at Palm City Residences and several have expressed interest in rental of units for their own personal accommodation.

At the end of the tour, OEA Ladies Group spokesperson Lady Anne Fean thanked Mr Alamango and the rest of the Palm City team for the invitation and tour of the development.
