An Apology on Behalf of Canadians
24/10/2009 21:44:00
Dear Editor,
This e-mail has been written to apologize on behalf of Canadians and our mis-informed Prime Minister.

The apology is extended to your great leader for the way our Prime Minister handled the intended visit to Newfoundland Canada.
I was deeply saddened when I heard about how the intended visit was handled.

After working and living amongst the Libyan population for many years, the warmth and generosity that was extended to me by the Libyan people, invitations into there homes is something that truly remains in my heart!

I am a very embarrassed Canadian and thus felt it was very important to write this e-mail.

Please understand that our Prime Minster's views do not reflect the views of the general population. We are a multicultural, neutral, fun loving people and I feel that our relationship with Libya needs to be nurtured for the benefit of both countries.

We will have a new Prime Minister and the in my mind the sooner the better!!

Respectfully,
Brian Conrad Burton

Dear Editor

The folks comments over the gynocratic motivated incarceration and baildemanding relaese of a high ranking Libyan diplomat in Geneva and the reaction of Libya is now blocked in the important newpapaers of the birthplace and former sanctuary of freespeach Switzerland.

I hope there is no such censorship in Libya!

Respectfully

The Libyan government censors speech like no other seen since the Soviet days. Perhaps the Taliban is more severe not just censoring the written word but cutting out tongues and slicing off hands. End the censorship! Free the Libyan People from their oppressive government!
