AFP - Chad on Wednesday recognised the rebel National Transitional Council (NTC) as the only legitimate authority in neighbouring Libya.
"Chad recognises the National Transitional Council as the only legitimate authority of the Libyan people," foreign ministry secretary general Moussa Dago said.
