Senior U.S. State Department official Jeffrey Feltman Wednesday arrived in the Libyan capital, Tripoli, to show support for the country's new leaders, and for talks with Libya's new leaders, Libya's National Transitional Council NTC. After meeting with Mustafa Abdul-Jalil, the head of the NTC, said the US would reopen its embassy in Tripoli.
