Terms of Use of BBC Online Services

"BBC Embedded Media Player" or "BBC EMP" is a BBC Online Service made available by the BBC to enable you, or users of a Business User's product or service, to access, view and/or listen to BBC Content.
2.1 You can use the BBC EMP for personal use provided you comply with the Terms of Use for personal use and these Additional Terms.
2.2 You can use the BBC EMP for business use provided you comply with the Business Terms of Use and these Additional Terms.
2.3 You may use the BBC EMP to embed it on your website, blog or other product or service.
2.4 The software code for the BBC EMP (the "EMP Code") is made available for you to copy and paste into your website, blog or other product or service to display the BBC EMP.
2.5 BBC Content as made available by the BBC through the BBC EMP must always be displayed using the BBC EMP.
2.6 You may not directly or indirectly change, edit or add to the BBC EMP, the EMP Code or the BBC Content.
2.7 You do not have the right to use any BBC Content or BBC mark/logo on your website, blog or other product or service or elsewhere except as provided in the BBC EMP itself.
