Terms of Use of BBC Online Services

1.1 "BBC Online Previews Service" is a BBC Online Service comprising 'BBC Previews' located at www.bbcpreviews.co.uk and 'BBC Radio Previews' located at www.bbcradiopreviews.co.uk.
1.2 "BBC Previews" is the BBC's online preview service made available by the BBC to enable Registered Users to access BBC audio visual content for pre-view and review.
1.3 "BBC Radio Previews" is the BBC's online preview service made available by the BBC to enable Registered Users to access BBC audio content for pre-view and review.
1.4 "Registered User" means users registered and authorised by the BBC to access all or parts of the BBC Online Previews Service.
2.1 You may only access and use the BBC Online Previews Service and BBC Content if you are a Registered User and in accordance with the BBC's Terms of Use for Business use and these Additional Terms.
2.2 The BBC Online Previews Service may only be accessed by Registered Users and used for the purposes of bone fide preview and review for publication in the UK. The BBC's Online Previews Service is not available to the public or for personal or any other use.
2.3 You can access, download to compatible devices (radio only), view (stream) and/or listen to selected and current BBC Content as made available by the BBC on the BBC Online Previews Service.
2.4 You shall abide by any guidance or publication embargo dates published with the BBC Content on the BBC Online Previews Service.
2.5 Not all BBC Content is made available on the BBC Online Previews Service and the final broadcast version may differ from that available on the BBC Online Previews Service.
2.6 You may not copy, reproduce or share the BBC Content made available by the BBC on the BBC Online Previews Service (including screen grabs) with others.
2.7 You may not directly or indirectly change, edit or add to the BBC Content made available by the BBC on the BBC Online Previews Service in any way, nor combine it with any other material.
2.8 The BBC may at any time and without notice limit and/or revoke access to the BBC Online Previews Service for any reason, in particular, for breaking embargo dates or breaching these terms.
3.1 To become a Registered User, you must apply using the online application form (available at www.bbcpreviews.co.uk/user/register/0) and accept the BBC's Terms of Use for Business use and these Additional Terms.
3.2 The information you provide must be true, accurate and current, and you shall update your registration if any of the information changes.
3.3 Only business users requiring access for bone fide preview and review purposes will be considered and the BBC may, at its discretion, refuse any application to become a Registered User.
3.4 The BBC shall decide which content will be accessible by a particular Registered User.
3.5 On acceptance of a registration, the BBC shall issue to you a username and password required to access the BBC Online Previews Service.
3.6 You shall not disclose your login and password to others nor shall you enable others to access the BBC Online Previews Service. You shall notify the BBC immediately of any unauthorised use of your login and password.
3.7 Any personal information supplied to the BBC may be collected, stored and used for administering and monitoring use of the BBC Online Previews Service. For more information about how the BBC uses personal data, please see the BBC Privacy and Cookie Policy.
