When it comes to the perfect braai, what lights your fire? Gas or coals?
It’s almost National Braai Day, and we can’t stop drooling with the anticipation of all those tasty tjoppies on the braai. If you’re one who loves the smell of braaiing food and greasy grills, who longingly listens for the sizzle as your marinated meat hits the grill, you’ll know what we’re talking about. But on the other side of the fire, there are those that prefer the whoosh of their gas braais lighting, who are mesmerized by the pretty blue flames, who find it more consistent... and apparently it’s better for the environment. We want to know which way you swing your braai tongs.
