In addition to the help Documentation which comes with the themes, you will find a WIKI with helpful articles and a Support Desk for bug reports
Note: Any other means of communication such as comments left on the Theme’s Discussion Boards and emails will be directed to the above 2 support channels – sorry everyone! This is so as to maintain some order and to be equally fair to all. Please review carefully our Support Terms & Conditions to ensure you get the assistance you need without the unnecessary delay caused by waiting in the wrong queue!
Important!
You will need a Support ID to read the Wiki articles and to access the Support Desk so request one using the Form you see in the sidebar to the right (you must be logged in to view it!)
The Support ID is linked to your Theme Forest account username and email and is non-transferable!
FOR THIS REASON YOU MUST MAKE SURE YOU CONTACT US USING THE THEMEFOREST ACCOUNT THAT WAS USED TO PURCHASE THE THEME THE SUPPORT REQUEST IS FOR
We will NOT respond to requests to send the Support ID to an email address other than the one connected to your Theme Forest account that was used to purchase any of our themes!
Note: Since manual verification is needed, please allow upto 24 hours for a Support ID to be sent to you. Also make sure you check your spam filter to make sure that our reply is not caught there!
