Celina Realuyo is President of CBR Global Advisors LLC, an international strategic consulting firm providing innovative solutions to global challenges. As a former U.S. diplomat, international banker with Goldman Sachs, foreign policy maker under the Clinton and Bush Administrations, and professor of national security and counterterrorism at the National Defense University and George Washington University, Celina has almost two decades of international experience in the public and private sectors. She has extensive expertise in international security, geopolitical and enterprise risk management, global supply chain and energy security, counterterrorism, government relations, international banking, business development, and public advocacy. Celina is a critically acclaimed speaker for government, military, and corporate audiences around the world on: “Managing Geopolitical Risks in the 21st Century,” “The 3 R’s: Responding to Risk with Resourcefulness,” and “Securing Global Supply Chains from Terrorism and Crime,” and “Combating Illicit Networks in an Age of Globalization.” She is a life member of the Council on Foreign Relations, International Institute for Strategic Studies, Women in International Security, and Professional Risk Managers International Association. She is an Aspen Institute Socrates Scholar, French-American Foundation Young Leader, and Atlantik Bruecke German-American Young Leader. An avid traveler, Celina has visited over 50 countries, speaks French and Spanish fluently, and is conversant in Italian, German, Filipino, and Arabic.
