The Center for Global Prosperity provides a platform—through conferences, discussions, publications, and media appearances—to create awareness among U.S. and international opinion leaders, as well as the general public, about the central role of the private sector, both for-profit and not-for-profit, in the creation of economic growth and prosperity in any country.

The Center’s core product is the new annual Index of Global Philanthropy and Remittances, which details the sources—and magnitude of private giving to the developing world. more...

Dr. Adelman spoke at the Eliot School of International Affiars at George Washington University hosted by the Delta Phi Epsilon Foreign Service sorority on October 4th, 2011.

 

Dr. Adelman attended a small meeting with the Canadian Minister of International Development, the President of the Canadian International Development Agency, and other selected international development experts at the Canadian Embassy on September 22nd, 2011.

 

Dr. Adelman and Dr. Carol J. Lancaster discussed the short term budget outlook for foreign aid and prospects for long-term foreign assistance reform, at the Council on Foreign Relations on June 8th, 2011

 

Dr. Adelman delivered the key note addres at the "...such as these...An Evangelical Advocacy Response to Global Hunger". hosted by the Dallas Baptist University on May 24th, 2011
