Position Summary: This position will provide research, writing, and administrative support and coordination for Hudson Institute’s Initiative on the Future of Innovation, a major new program, and other projects on an as-needed basis.
Essential Positions Responsibilities:
I. Provide administrative assistance:
Manage day-to-day operations, including fielding program calls, maintaining program calendar and arranging travel
Maintain contact database and program files
Coordinate logistics for conferences and meetings
II. Support Program research and development:
Provide research support and assistance with drafting publications and op-eds
Prepare and disseminate routine correspondence
Oversee the preparation of reports, program publications, and research papers
Provide outreach support to program stakeholders
III. Assist in Program fundraising:
Assemble and distributes marketing packages tailored to specific contact/donor needs
Assist with proposals and marketing materials
Coordinate with fundraising office regarding potential donors
IV. Supervise intern staff in day-to-day activities
