| NEW YORK, March 30, 2010 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ --CBS Corporation (NYSE: CBS.A and CBS) announced today the pricing of a debt offering of $500 million of 5.75% senior notes due 2020. CBS Corporation intends to use the net proceeds of the offering to fund its partial cash tender of its 6.625% Notes due May 15, 2011, 8.625% Debentures due August 1, 2012 and 5.625% Notes due August 15, 2012, and for general corporate purposes.
