Courtney Donohoe

Courtney Donohoe is an anchor for Bloomberg Radio and co-host of “Taking Stock” with Pimm Fox and Courtney Donohoe. She also appears daily on “Bloomberg on the Economy” and “The Hays Advantage” covering breaking news and market action. Courtney is also a contributor to Bloomberg Television.

Courtney became a member of the television reporting team in 2009, covering all aspects of the markets, from stocks to bonds and commodities. She has reported live for Bloomberg from the New York Stock Exchange for local stations across the country including WPIX in New York, WGN in Chicago, KTLA in Los Angeles and KGO in San Francisco focusing on consumer news.

Prior to becoming a reporter, Courtney was a Line Producer for Bloomberg Television during the financial crisis - including the bankruptcy of Lehman Brothers and the demise of Bear Stearns.

Courtney started her career as a Product Manager and Developer for Bloomberg. In her efforts to build better software for Bloomberg’s financial customers, she quickly learned how securities are analyzed and traded. She’s worked on the development of a variety of products including Bloomberg’s software development tools, Bloomberg’s interface with Excel , plus news feeds and infrastructure.

She has a B.S. in Business from Boston College Carroll School of Management. Courtney is a Brooklyn native and based in New York City.
