Burglary CCTV posted on YouTube after 'police delays'
Thames Valley Police has defended its investigation into a burglary at the Oxfordshire home of a multi-millionaire.
Hugh Osmond posted CCTV footage of the burglars on YouTube because he said the police had not acted quickly enough.
He has also offered a £500 reward for information leading to an arrest.
