Headroom has now closed, but you can still find lots of information about mental health and wellbeing on the BBC Health website.
After two and a half years of TV, radio programmes and outreach activities, the BBC's mental health and wellbeing project ended on 1 December 2010. The aim of Headroom was to encourage people to look after their mental and emotional wellbeing and to try to reduce stigma around mental illness. It was always intended that the campaign would last a limited amount of time.
You can now find Headroom's information, support and videos on other areas of the BBC website. The videos in which Ruby Wax interviewed people with different mental health conditions can now be found on the subject pages of BBC Health eg bipolar disorder. See below for a selection of related links.
