Terms of trade

These Terms of Trade apply to the BBC's contracts with suppliers and any purchase by the BBC is conditional upon the supplier's acceptance of these Terms of Trade.  The supplier should notify the BBC forthwith if it does not wish to accept these Terms of Trade.  The BBC may amend these Terms of Trade from time to time and suppliers should review this site regularly to ensure they have read and understood the current Terms of Trade which apply to their contract with the BBC.  No terms contained in any supplier invoice, delivery note or other like document issued by the supplier will be of any effect unless they have been confirmed by the BBC in writing.

If you are a freelance providing services to the BBC (or a freelance operating through a service company) please visit the Freelancers at the BBC website.

You can download the BBC Terms of Trade for the purchase or hire of goods, facilities and services (PC3) (PDF file).  You can also download a reduced format version of the Terms .

The Terms of Trade above will apply to your contract with the BBC unless you supply one of the following services:

Services Document No.
Engagement of hydraulic and hoist services and equipment. PC2 (PDF file)
Hire of goods and services from approved lighting contractors. PC4 (PDF file)
