Those private investigators are not impartial at all, various non paid witnesses have verified that he had suicidal tendencies, why are those private investigators hiding that eveidence?

He might have had brain trauma from the hits he took in his head has a fighter. This can cause irrational behavior and depression, something like what the foot ball players have that cause the brain cells to die.It does not explain how he dies, if he hang himself there should be marks around his neck, and she should have heard him fall to the ground. Why did the friends not check him in to rehab. For her to kill him he would have to be drugged,She was in Brazil before he got there, plenty time to set it up. He was not that drunk cause she left him with the baby and he was able to fight all those people. Seems his coordination and balance was good, something drunk people dont have.

Police drop the ball on this case, is kinda hard to believe in everything Amanda says. why is she fighting the family for all the money? what about he's daughter? she can easily share the money but she refuses too. How can she see him laying on the floor but not the blood and not even try to make sure he was alright when she knew he was injured? Definitely lots of things not quite right there to just say he killed himself.

This will be my third post and my theory is to not connect the murder, but to put Arturo Gatti upstairs in the bedroom. They went out that day to a number of places and i will pick it up from the fight . When Arturo pushed down Amanda he had Jr. in his arms. I think the fight started over jr when she told him you are in my counrty and Jr. is staying here. She would say she would take the baby to Brazil many times when she was in the United States. She takes off after Arturo pushed her down and then leaving the baby with Arturo. Arturo was getting into a taxi when a man asked him whats going on. He turn and hit the man a number of times knocking the man out. Bystanders seen this and started throwing rocks and a bike hitting gatti in the head causing him to bleed from the head . He gets in the taxi and the taxi driver said gatti said I WOULD OF KILLED THEM ALL IF IT WAS NOT FOR MY SON . This can be found on youtube real sports arturo gatti video .http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VN1aE7wKrIo The cab driver saw him bleeding from the head and also on the head rest of the car . They get back to the resort and she is there. He gets out of the cab with Jr. in his arms and resort staff saw him with jr. They get in the room and she asks for Jr and she goes upstairs to the bedroom with Jr and locks the door. Before that she tells Arturo she is leaving him. I think there is some truth in every lie and Arturo took the baby upstairs and locked the door. If you look at the crime scene photo you can see a blood smear on the bed sheets. There are two twin beds pushed together and in 48 hours they are apart. If you look at the ear smear that is from his left ear. He laid across one bed and his ear smear is just on the other bed . But then is legs would be hanging off the bed with how tall he is. I think it is his ear smear and he was in a pre-natal postion with Jr on the bed with him. He made a phone call in the past that was recorded and he was pissed off and he was going to come home sooner. This is my theory on some of what i think happened

At the N.J. presser for Arturo Gatti they said he got hit over the head in the room causing his head to bleed . I myself do not buy it , there was to many people saw his head bleeding outside the room .Taxi driver and hotel staff and bystanders . There was even blood on the head rest of the cab . Also at the N.J. presser they said there was no blood transfer . They did not show upstairs where there is blood transfer on the sheet of the bed . If there is blood upstairs its part of the crime scene .There is more that i do not agree from the N.J. presser . I do think 48 hours is more for killing himself.

They say this isn't a witch hunt, yet the Gatti family hired the private investigators, with the sole purpose of convicting her of murder. The investigators are profiting from making it appear as a murder. How is that even legal? These private investigators, are essentially hit men.

And as for the will? Its entirely possibly that he planned on killing himself soon, or thought that if the trip doesn't work out, and he would kill him self. Secondly, even IF his wife is a gold digger, that does NOT make her a killer. Lots of women are gold diggers, and lots fight and degrade their husbands. This is not an unusual occurrence or character trait.

she is capable of killing. a drunk could be uncoordinated and as light as a feather. even that little kid could knock him down easily.

She's not a murderer only thing that can be charged up on her is 'criminal negligence' and that is as serious when you happen to be a partner of the deceased - The champ died under mysterious circumstances, very likely a suicide.

I think he was murdered for sure. The wife waits for him to have his next bout of anger and stages his death. In this instance he was already bleeding and you have someone waiting to finish him off once he arrives home. She had lied about things she claimed she didn't say so she has something to hide. I get the impression she knows what strings to pull and at the very least shes not telling everything she knows.

The life of a Fighter,Is not eazy.When all you have is heart.It hurt's to see when people play on it.I would say lonelyness was the perpertrator.Offering of prayers would be wonderful.May the great mystery make the sunrise in your heart.
