The Republicans I know... a black guy would be a longshot and he would have to be such a tool that he would be a clay pigeon in the general election.

No way. Who would the tea party vote for? This is just a gimmick. When they are done with Unkie Tom, they will spit him out like they did Rick Perry and Crazy Michelle Bachman.
