Can someone explain to me why the FBI would EVER use a criminal as an informant????.... part of being a criminal is that they are underhanded, untrustworthy, a liar, a manipulator, just to name a few characteristics. That's like asking a murderer to babysit your children! Are people just plain crazy??

Something drastic needs to be done with our justice system. Why can't we do away with plea barginning? These criminal need to know that there will be no plea barginning so they better fess-up or rot in jail.

i think you should go over kimballs whole life as much as possible , adult life, and find out who else went missing. there are other victims, i can feel it and see it in his attitude there is a smart aleck type of attitude after and during his conviction. a smirk inside of him, can't you tell? its so obvious. there are more vics i am so very sure.

MY GOD! I just don't get it? Already CON-VICTED,DOING THE TIME,is ALLOWED to barter, and CON - tinues to PREY on one victim after another, wonder if it would have made a difference had it been their daughter, sister, mother, father missing, to ALLOW, to file a missing person's report? After Careful Consideration, they ALLOWED CON-VICTED INMATES THEIR LEAZURE! LIFE,YEARS /DEATH, have a change of HEART ? MIND, AFTER you plea bargain LIFE VS DEATH, YOU DIE! END of CON - VERSATION!!! THAT, after all, was all based on their CHOICE to strip ones RIGHT to LIFE, I'm sure they didn't plea bargain with their victims! NOW, they CON- TINUE to CON the FAMILIES, US, LEGAL SYSTEM ETC! NO MORE, THEY NEED TO TRY THEIR CON, ON THEIR MAKER. GOOD RIDANCE! BLESSINGS & LOVE TO FAMILIES! THANK GOD, FOR OUR CHILDREN!

I am only an armchair observer of criminal behavior, but Kimball seems like a classic sexual predator and sociopath. It appears he had a history of being sexually abused as a child which is major red flag. He then became a skilled con artist, and like a true egotistical sociopath he played games with law enforcement. He then lured and manipulated naive women into a web of deviant sexual behavior resulting in homicides.

Why not comment on the laws which favour the criminals and the lawyers who will stoop to any chicanery to "defend them." And why would the law have to keep a promise to such evil men? Get the info and then execute them as they did their victims. What's with all of this making deals and being so trustworthy as to keep a deal with the devil. Too bad we can't ship them to Muslim countries and let their justice system execute them. As in you cut off that poor woman's head so the criminal's head is whacked off. Love that.

In case after case, there seems to be no shortage of dumb, unaware cops. What is it with these guys that they are so apathetic or plain stupid? The other story on this site -- about the dog trainer being killed -- the cop actually stopped the killer, who had the body wrapped up in the back of the vehicle! Couldn't he have asked to look at the car's contents, without a warrant. Refusal by the killer could have indicated guilt and the cops could have taken it from there. Now that poor victim's body will never be found.

This man is so twisted, justice will only truely be served when he is gone. This is the first I've heard of this story, the families will be in my prayers tonight.
