Welcome New Students!

The 2011 First Year Options Brochure is now online. Students interested in applying for an Ignatius Seminar or the Liberal Arts Seminar should review the brochure. Application instructions are included. The application deadline is Monday, June 13, 2011, 9:00 a.m. EST.
The New Student Guide is now online! This is your resource for information about academic registration, housing, Pre-Orientation Programs, finances, resources on campus, and more.
The 2011 Guide to Preregistration is now online. This guide leads First Year and Transfer students through the steps needed to successfully register for fall 2011 courses.

The College Dean’s Office is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and has two locations:

General Education Courses

The general education requirements are ordinarily fulfilled in the student’s first and second years.
Out of the normal course load of ten courses in the first year, the student may choose no more than two courses in any one discipline; this regulation holds for sophomore year also. In addition, the student may not take two courses in the same discipline in the same semester during the first two years.
