Tobias manages the delivery of The U - a Citizens' University, in Sutton.

He is responsible for all the aspects of the delivery of The U in Sutton, including stakeholder involvement and embedding the project locally, volunteer recruitment and securing teaching spaces.

Before joining the Young Foundation, Tobias managed a London-wide debt advice partnership at Toynbee Hall delivering free debt advice to financially excluded people.

In 2009 Tobias completed his MSc in Contemporary Urbanism at the LSE. He speaks fluent German and Spanish.
