Call for Applications: Open Society Foundations / University of Oxford Scholarships
Deadline: January 20, 2012 Offered in collaboration with the Open Society Foundations and the University of Oxford, these scholarships enable students of outstanding academic merit to pursue one-year taught postgraduate courses of study at the University of Oxford in subjects relevant to the needs of their countries.

Deadline Extended: Chachipe Map Photo Contest
Deadline: January 15, 2012 Chachipe Map seeks nonstereotypical photographs that show Roma and non-Roma living together, and that approach topics in an open manner and even employ radically new perspectives. Please note that the entry deadline has been extended to January 15, 2012.

Call for Applications: Open Society Foundations / University of Essex Scholarships in Human Rights
Deadline: January 16, 2012 The program offers support to students from Afghanistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Lebanon, Nepal, Palestine, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan to pursue postgraduate programs within the Human Rights Centre at the University of Essex.

Call for Proposals: Addressing the Situation of Women and Girls with Disabilities in Post-Conflict Countries
Deadline: December 5, 2011 The Open Society International Women’s Program and the Disability Rights Initiative invite proposals addressing the situation of women and girls with disabilities in the following post-conflict countries: Nepal, Palestine, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Colombia.
