After Monday's massive turnout, Egyptians voted for a second day in the first round of parliamentary elections

Voters on Tuesday line up to cast ballots in Cairo's Shubra district, home to the capital's largest Coptic-Christian community

After queuing for around 8 hours to vote, one man joked that he would be going to Tahrir Square to demand the return of dictatorship

Violence was barely seen on the first day of the parliamentary elections, but there were other violations, many of which were linked to the Muslim Brotherhood

The results will not be announced separately so that voting in Egypt is not affected
