Welcome to the Bladder and Bowel Foundation's website

The Bladder and Bowel Foundation or B&BF is a UK wide charity that provides information and advice on a range of symptoms and conditions related to the bladder and bowel. We provide support for a range of bladder problems and bowel problems.

If you have a bladder problem, whether it's stress urinary incontinence or bladder weakness as it's often known, overactive bladder, an urgent or frequent need to use the toilet, or difficulty in urinating, you will find information to help you regain control of your life. Please use the Bladder link box to the right to read about bladder health, symptoms and treatments.

If you are affected by bowel problems, you will find information ranging from constipation, diarrhoea and bowel (faecal) incontinence to more specific conditions like Diverticular Disease, IBS and Crohn's Disease. Please use the Bowel link box to the right to browse information on bowel health, symptoms and treatments that may help you improve your quality of life.
