Roberto Mancini sets 90-point target to seal title

Manchester City manager Roberto Mancini believes his team will need 90 points "if Manchester United continue to win" to claim their first Premier league title.

The Italian praises his side for their patient approach against a packed Stoke defence in the 3-0 win at the Etihad which sees them top the table on Christmas Day.

But Mancini believes there is little importance in that milestone other than to give the fans "a goodChristmas".
