Headline:

Mostly cloudy tonight, with rain in the northwest. Mild nationwide.

This Evening and Tonight:

A mostly cloudy but mild night, with further rain for west Scotland. Mainly dry elsewhere, except for some drizzle around western facing coasts and hills. Some clearer spells developing but these mainly to the east of high ground.

Thursday:

Remaining wet across northwest Scotland with rain turning persistent later. Elsewhere largely fine, with a few brighter interludes but still a risk of some drizzle towards the west. Very mild.
