Ramzi Almarafi on Tuesday won a gold medal in the men’s freestyle 74kg wrestling category at the Pan-Arab Games in Doha. Ihab Almatbouli also won a gold medal in the men’s 91kg heavy boxing category. Manar Shath won the women’s karate +68kg category silver medal. Abdallah Shamon won a silver medal in the men’s 49kg light fly boxing category and his teammate Ibrahim Saleh won the men’s light welter -64kg bronze medal. Razan Soboh won the bronze medal in the women’s individual time trial cycling category. The women’s basketball team won a bronze medal on Monday. In other sports, Ahmad Alteimat won the men’s 81kg light heavy boxing bronze medal. Raghed Almohtasib won the women’s -50kg karate bronze medal, while Mahmoud Hamid won the men’s freestyle 84kg wrestling bronze medal. Sara Hayajna won the women’s 200m backstroke swimming bronze medal on Sunday.
