Iraq’s PM Nouri Al-Maliki has stated that he is not going to run for the third term after 2014, Iraq’s State TV announced on Saturday.
Earlier, the politician stated that he cuts his salary twice beginning from this month, leaving the money in the budget.
Experts believe this was prompted by the recent revolts in Tunisia and Egypt which may be repeated in Iraq.
