لتسهيل وتحسين عملية تقديم طلبات تأشيرات الدخول للمملكة العربية السعودية تم التعاقد مع شركة إنجاز لتكنولوجيا المعلومات لتطوير وإدارة نظام معالجة بيانات التأشيرات من خلال موقع موحد على شبكة الإنترنت.

ومن خلال هذا الموقع يتم إدخال البيانات المطلوبة وذلك حسب نماذج الطلبات والإجراءات المعتمدة. ويقوم الموقع بعد ذلك بمعالجة الطلبات المدخلة وإرسالها إلى الجهة المسئولة لإنهاء وإتمام الإجراءات، ومن ثم تزويد مقدم الطلب برقم متابعة لمراجعة الممثلية لاستلام نتيجة الطلبات المدخلة.

وستتقاضى شركة إنجاز لتكنولوجيا المعلومات مبلغ عشرة دولارات أمريكية (10$) كتكلفة للخدمات الالكترونية عن كل طلب تتم معالجته سواء تم قبوله أو رفضه عبر هذا النظام بالإضافة إلى مبلغ نصف دولار أمريكي (0,5$) كتكلفة بنكية لقاء هذه الخدمات.

Enjaz Information Technology was contracted to facilitate and improve the operation of online visa applications to enter the Kingdom Of Saudi Arabia through a unified Internet site.

Online visa application forms have to be completed to enter the required information. Once the forms are completed, it will go through an online approval process. The applicant will be given an online reference number for further follow-up.

Each application will be subject to a non refundable cost of ten and a half US Dollars ($10.5).

Enjaz Information Technology will receive ten US dollars ($10) as an electronic visa processing cost for each online visa application, whether the application was accepted or rejected, the extra half US dollar ($0.5) will be the banking processing cost.

To subscribe to this service, you are requested to download and complete the electronic subscription form and send it to the designated Consulate .
