Our client is looking for an experienced Business Manager to join a dealership based in Berkshire. Part of a very established and popular group you will already be working within the finance and insurance sector within a main dealership and must be well presented with a professional, positive attitude.
The Role
You will be responsible for the departments F&I sales, including GAP, paint protection, warranties, and all other add on products in line with the companies/manufactures set targets
To achieve new and used sales finance penetration according to set targets
Ensure that customer satisfaction percentages are achieved and maintained
You will be responsible for the company's compliance with FSA regulations including passing of audits and accurate administration
You also will have excellent customer care skills and will work closely with the retail sales executives to follow up customers ensuring that they are happy with their purchase
Will prospect for new business and utilise all knowledge within the sales departmentWho we're looking for

Must have experience as a business manager within a franchised dealership preferably prestige
