the contention is Z pursued TM only because he was black, and not because TM fit the profile (as supported by jail statistics) and choice of clothing of "someone up to no good"; as to why Z was not arrested, perhaps the DA who was handed the recommendation of the SPD to charge Z with manslaughter was busy & wasn't ready to start the clock

The "race" of the shooter is irrelevant. If zimmerman shot a white kid under the exact same circumstances he would have been arrested and charged the night the crime happened.
