  • It was intersting that minister and tymoor nabili (interviewer) are persian but the interview is in english and translation to from persian to english was horrible.

  • The quality of persian to english translation is terrible. In many case it was not what the minister said.

  • Any country that has oil needs a nuclear option. We don't "liberate" countries that can defend themselves.

  • Do you REALLY think Obama and the Oligarch doesn't require an excuse to attempt to stop the "Occupy" movement.

We are already looking for idiotic excuses to put our soldiers in Australia.

This is just the guy that Iran needs representing them, as we in the West need another war, rather than have our unemployment statistic go up.

This moron looks as evil as he and his Supreme Council of moronic Mullahs actually are.

  • "Iran's oil minister says oil could be used as a political tool"

Gee. To think that OPEC hasn't been doing that for the past 60 years is pure stupidity.

  • TO ALJAZEERA : YOU NEED TO GET A BETTER PERSIAN TRANSLATOR;

I dont know if your translator with the phoney british accent is doing this deliberately to brainwash people or he is just illiterate in Persian.

At 1630 Mr Rostami say and I quote " IN IRAN FORTUNATELY WE MANUFACTURE THE MAJORITY OF OUR OIL EQUIPMENT AND MACHINERY" in reference to the so called "sanctions".

Therefore the sanctions have very little effect on Iran. unlike most Arab countries that still rely on foreign technology.

  • "It seems the table's being set, for a world wide nuclear war against Israel," the 8th grade girl from Minnesota's hick-ish Congressional district says.

Let's see if China is truly an emerging super power; or is it just a big paper tiger as usual on the world stage.

Russia and the US don't need Iran's vast oil and gas reserves. China does; let's see what it has to say about how the West is going to divide these small, resource-rich nations, isolate them, and put them out of business...

  • And guess who developed Iran's oil industry since the 1980s...the British, French and American oil companies of course. Recently the Chinese and Russians have been getting into the deal too.

Sanctions against Iran is bullshit and the guy is right...when Iran's central bank is sanctioned...then you know that war is afoot. For now the target is Syria...the USA has the luxury to wait years until the next strike.

  • Attack on Iran...Oil production goes down...oil prices go up the roof.

The Saudis and its allies will probably raise their production...the Russians and Venezuelans might even lower theirs just to raise oil prices more and they would gain more money.

  • well the Chinese and Japanese have very good relations with Iran...the Chinese and Japanese have been getting their oil from Iran since the 1980s.

This can be seen in the Chinese selling a lot of weapons to the Iranians during the Iran Iraq war and the large Iranian community in Japan.
