Record funding for paper watch and other tech news

The people behind the Pebble Smartwatch have raised over $3m (£1.9m) online after initially asking for just $100,000 (£62,000) so they could manufacture a few thousand pieces.

The electronic paper watch interfaces with smartphones via iOS or Android apps.
