Jesus E. DeLeon-Almonte, 25, of the Worcester County Jail and House of Correction, West Boylston, was sentenced to 1 year in the House of Correction after pleading guilty to possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. He was ordered to pay $150 drug fee, $90 victim witness fee. He was charged with three counts of possession of a firearm without a firearm ID card, giving a false name or Social Security number to police and failing to appear in court upon release on personal recognizance. The charges were dismissed at the request of the commonwealth.
