Tramezzino aren't exactly Dutch, but outside Italy, these crustless white bread sandwiches, filled to the brim with Italian meats and cheeses, are a rare find. The sandwich shop Il Tramezzino, however, offers two spots at which to sample this Italian specialty, both on  Haarlemmerstraat (near Amsterdam Central Station) and Utrechtsestraat (near Rembrandtsplein).
